FashionGo Dropshipping can sync with only one store right now. They are working on making multi-sync avaialable.

Will my customer know that their order was shipped by FashionGo?

FashionGo Dropshipping uses a blind dropship model. This means that there won’t be any signs of the vendor in your order.

Can I customize the packing slip that is included in my orders?

Yes, you can. You can customize the following fields:

• Company Name (Required)
• Logo
• Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Welcome Message

1. Your customer places an order on your website.
2. You pay for the item and shipping on FashionGo Dropshipping.
3. Vendor confirms receipt and product availability of orders.
4. Vendor direct ships the order to your customer.

All of your orders are automatically synced to FashionGo Dropshipping with your customer’s shipping information included. All you have to do is check out! You can set up AutoPay for a quicker and more convenient way to pay for your orders.

What is “Fulfilled by FG”?

“Fulfilled by FG” products are curated by the FashionGo Dropshipping’s merchandising team. FashionGo Dropshipping oversees the order fulfillment of those items from start to finish; including packing, shipping, and even processing any necessary returns. With “Fulfilled by FG”, you can shop a curated list of best-selling items and get orders shipped quickly from the dedicated Fulfilled by FG center.

How can you distinguish “Fulfilled by FG” items on their online platform?
You can find the icon     on the product listing, product detail page, and order detail page.

How are orders fulfilled?

Fulfilled by FG:
When you place an order, it will be confirmed within 2 business days. From there, the order will be packed and shipped out within 3 business days. The delivery will depend on the carrier’s capacity.

Fulfilled by Vendor:
When you place an order, it will be confirmed within 2 business days. From there, the order will be packed and shipped out within 7 business days. The delivery will depend on the carrier’s capacity.

Does FashionGo Dropshipping Ship Internationally?

At this time, dropshipping is not available internationally. Orders can only be shipped within the 50 US states and US territories, such as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. You must use a credit card from the US or Canada.
